Does your design team do custom artwork?
YES. We have an onsite graphic design team that can work with you to create the perfect custom artwork for your team or organization at no extra charge! Some order conditions do apply but we will be happy to review your design and discuss your options. Please call our store to get started at (972) 771-0600.
What is the minimum order?
There is a minimum order of 12 items per design but we have several ways to help you get there if your order is small. We can mix and match garment options (long sleeve, short sleeve, hoodies, etc.) to meet the minimum requirement.
Can you send me a catalog?
To see current garment color and styles a great place to start is online at SanMar.com or Statononline.com. Don’t see what you are looking for? Call the store to speak with a sales representative for additional options.
What are my payment options?
We accept several forms of payment - many of our customers are school districts and we are happy to accept Purchase Orders. We also accept major credit cards, cash or check.
What is the usual turnaround time?
With standard turnaround our orders will ship out or be ready for pick up between 7-10 business days. We always try to work with our customers and their needs.
How long does it take to see an artwork proof?
Once you submit your design you will see a proof emailed to you in about 48-72 hours.
What if I need to re-order?
You will need to meet the minimum order of 12 but we save every design for future use! We always work with repeat customers for the best pricing breaks possible. Call the store for details on your re-orders.
I found a design I like but the sport isn't what I want. Can it be changed?
Absolutely! All artwork can be customized with your school name, sport, state and ink colors.
Do you carry youth sizes?
Our usual sizing starts with Youth Small. If you need a size smaller we can accommodate that with most designs on a separate minimum order of 12 or additional charge per item. This is necessary so we can resize your design to fit the smaller items.
Where are you located?
We are based out of Rockwall, Texas. It is home to our print shop and production facility along with our retail store. Although it is the place we call home we can accommodate any out of city or state needs and can ship online orders worldwide.
Can I order different shirt colors?
YES! Mix and match any shirt color that works with the ink colors in your design. As long as the ink colors and design don’t change there is no additional charge.
What if I need a rush order?
In some cases, in accordance with our print schedule, rush turnaround can be included at no additional charge. Rush service is always available and you can contact our sales team for a quote.
Can I check the status of my order online?
At this time we ask you to contact us directly to check the status of your order.

In our industry pricing is very competitive and we want to make sure you receive the lowest price possible. Artwork, garment styles and quantity play a large role in the quote process and we want to make sure you fully understand what you get for your price.
